Operate · Plan to Fulfil

Hire a digital coworker for every decision between the forecast and the delivered order

A delivery date is agreed in a moment and then has to survive a forecast, a capacity check, a stock position, a warehouse shift and a carrier. Nothing on that route announces the moment it stopped being achievable. Those points are where the digital coworkers stand, inside the systems you already run.

A delivery date can become impossible long before the order is late

Every check on this chain is real and every one of them passes on its own. What no check covers is the interval between a promise being made and the reality that was meant to support it, and the sequence does not wait for the person who would have known what to look for.

Where the pressure shows up

Demand volatility

Trade, geopolitics and supply move together, and a planning team absorbs those conditions rather than resolving any of them.

Who feels itChief Supply Chain Officer · on-time-in-full

Four green lights

On-time, in-full, damage-free and documentation-accurate are each tracked and reported apart, then multiply into one number.

Who feels itHead of Supply Chain · perfect order rate

The override

Sales lifts a line, operations trims another, neither judgement is written down, and a miss can only be argued about afterwards.

Who feels itDemand planning manager · forecast bias by segment

The stock check

Stock is the one number anyone can see quickly, so the date gets promised against it and capacity is simply assumed.

Who feels itSupply planning lead · commitments verified against live capacity

Stock as capital

Safety stock and reorder points outlive the demand pattern they were calculated against, and nobody reviews thousands of lines.

Who feels itInventory planning manager · inventory turns

The plan on paper

The numbers reconcile and the system shows green while constrained material, real capacity or a dock slot says otherwise.

Who feels itS&OP lead · plan attainment

The first half of this chain sets the delivery date and the second half keeps it

Plan to Fulfil starts with expected or actual demand and ends when the right product is available and moving through the network as promised. It balances service, cost, cash and resilience, and the number it answers to is on‑time‑in‑full at the lowest inventory that achieves it.

A digital coworker takes a position on the chart and answers for it

Read down any position on a chart and it tells you who is accountable for it, what its holder may do without asking, and who picks up the call that is not theirs to make. A digital coworker is written up the same way, and the answers do not change because the holder is not a person.

SOFIA Order Promising

Order request ORD‑71408 asks for 24 April on all three lines. ATP clears two. CTP will not clear line 3 on that date. A stock check on its own would have passed this order and found the shortfall after the promise was made. I have not committed anything.

Full quantity clears on 29 April. All three lines clear on 24 April at 1,150 units. I propose to book two schedule lines against confirmed capacity, 1,150 on 24 April and the balance on 29 April, and give the order desk the production window as the constraint. Shall I proceed?

Supply Planner Supply planning

Proceed with the split. Make sure the order desk has the constraint in writing so they can tell the customer why.

Each of the five positions has a written boundary and a planner above it

The interesting line on each one is the boundary: what the holder settles alone, what it has to put in front of a planner, and what it may not touch at all. On a warehouse floor that separation is the thing being bought, because moving work between people without a supervisor deciding solves a throughput problem by creating a different one.

With LUCIANO in the roleA delay detected from movement data rather than from the customer, while a routing decision is still available.

Hiring into this chain puts a holder on every decision the promise depends on

Five digital coworkers hold posts across this chain, from the forecast that sets the plan to the carrier event that confirms it arrived, and each is measured on one number. How much it moves for you is sized from your own data in the first session.

Four holders on one rail Six glass slabs, one per Plan to Fulfil stage, hang from a lit spine. DAMON, SOFIA, WARDA and LUCIANO hold four; two stay with your team. • The delay found before the customer finds it

Missing milestones and pace anomalies are surfaced from movement data, and exceptions ranked by how long there is left to act rather than by severity.

  • Work screened before it is released

Infeasible work is caught before a picker has walked to it, and a stall is caught inside the shift that can still recover it.

The chart says who decides, and it is never the digital coworker

A digital coworker works inside the systems, data, policies and authorisations you already have. It is given the access a person in the same position would be given, and no more. Your auditors test it in the environment they already know.

What the role works inside

  • Enterprise applications

ERP, planning, warehouse, transport and execution systems.

  • Master data

Demand, supply, inventory, order and shipment records.

  • Policies and controls

Business rules, thresholds, approval policies and compliance requirements.

  • Authorisations

Defined permissions for every action performed by the role.

  • Governance

Security, privacy, service levels, change governance and escalation.

The governance perimeter Three rings around the position: acts alone inside, recommends in the middle, escalates at the edge. Nothing runs outside the outer ring. ESCALATES RECOMMENDS ACTS ALONE THE POSITION

The control model

  1. Acts alone

Defined actions, inside the authority you set.

  2. Recommends

Prepares the case and hands the decision up.

  3. Escalates

Anything outside the authority the role holds.

Start with a number. Prove the result. Build from there

Both sides put a signature on the same page before anything is built, and the ProxyN lead who signs is accountable for it in the way your sponsor is. Nothing in it gets agreed after the result is known.

What gets signed

The Outcome Commitment

Five lines both sides sign before anything is built. Every one is a fact about your operation, not a forecast about ours.

  • KPIWhat needs to move.
  • BaselineWhere performance starts, using operational data.
  • TargetThe agreed level of movement.
  • TimelineWhen the outcome will be assessed.
  • Acceptance testHow achievement will be determined.

What happens after signing

The adoption loop

The order the work runs in, one role at a time. The seventh step is the first step of the next loop.

  1. Set the baseline
  2. Hire the role
  3. Put the role to work
  4. Measure the KPI
  5. Prove the outcome
  6. Address the next bottleneck
  7. Add the next roleBack to the baseline for the next role

What we need from you
